1. Together we document and analyze your current business goals and objectives.

  2. Together we document your current workflow from start to finish including any problems or issues that may be slowing you down and decreasing your productivity.

  3. We issue design recommendations and a cost analysis for your management to review.

  4. If approved, we establish a completion time line with checkpoints every quarter of the way.  If the recommendation is not approved we can go back to the drawing board.  Note:  We are not pushy and No means No. 

  5. Together we develop, implement and support a custom solution based on the step 1.

  6. After we agree that the solution meets your needs and all is well, we then take on a supportive role.
